The For Carnation release third LP, play UK fest 3 April 2000 Louisville/Chicago minimalist collective The For Carnation, this time round featuring keyboards player Britt Walford, Slint founder Brian McMahan, and members of post-rockers Tortoise, release their self-titled third album this week in the US on Touch And Go. The CD was out on Domino in the UK last week. Tortoises John McEntire produced the set, while guests include Kim Deal of Breeders fame, Rachel Haden from That Dog, and others.
