Doves London show Webcast

Manchester’s techno-turned-rock trio Doves, who recently earned an NME Premier Artist Of The Year nomination, played London’s La Scala club last Wednesday. Later today Virtuetv.com in association with nme.com will Webcast the performance—which they say was attended by Tom Rowlands (Chemical Brothers), Colin Greenwood (Radiohead), Melanie Blatt (All Saints), and Paul Cook (Sex Pistols).
The Webcast in RealVideo format starts 8 pm BST (3 pm EDT). The Virtuetv site also offers video interviews with the band from last week and from January’s Premier Awards show. The Doves’ debut album Lost Souls is out today in the UK, with no US distribution plans announced.
