Supergrass bring world tour to US & Canada 25 April 2000 Oxford, England art pop trio Supergrass have been touring the world more or less continuously since the fall of 1999 behind their self titled third album—most recently visiting Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and France. This Friday & Saturday they begin a month long tour of the US and Canada with two sold out dates at the Bowery Ballroom in New York city.     They’ll appear on US television on Thursday 11 May on NBC TV’s Late Night With Conan O’Brien, and will tape an episode of MTV’s 120 Minutes.     Supergrass return for another North American tour starting 4 October in Montréal opening for Pearl Jam—who have invited them on tour before, but this is the first time it has come together.
